Project Description
The black rhino and African elephant are classified as endangered species. The black rhino particularly, with less than 3,500 animals in existence today, must be protected by conservation initiatives. At our project in Imire, Zimbabwe, volunteers are involved in hands on work with these animals at this amazing conservation project.

Project Summary
Volunteer duties include animal observation for research, feeding and interacting with animals, clearing enclosures, game counts, and reserve maintenance.
US$ 1,295 per one month. This includes full board and lodging, airport transfers, and a portion goes directly back into project maintenance / development.
No previous experience necessary, training will be given. Volunteers aged 18 years old and over.
