Project Description
Faia Brava Reserve, at the Côa Valley SPA, is a multi-task conservation project (ecology, forest engineering, organic agriculture) accepting short/long term volunteers. This area has high biodiversity levels, due to its river canyon species (Bonelli's Eagle, Egyptian Vulture, and Black Stork) and magnificent cork oak woodlands.
ATN is an environment NGO, created in 2000 in Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, Portugal. ATN’s mission is to conserve, value, study and promote the natural heritage of Northeast Portugal, through sustainability and community participation.
