Project Description
Mama Roja offers an in-depth internship program and volunteer opportunities to individuals interested in getting hands-on experience in the different aspects of Sustainable Living: organic gardening, renewable energy installations, natural food production, earthen and natural building, seed saving, and community living.

Project Summary
We accept Interns, Apprentices, Volunteers, and Visitors.
Internship consists of full days of learning, problem-solving, discussing, and exploring in a positive working environment of like-minding people. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
Volunteer opportunities involve sustainable living, earthen building, community work, organic gardening.
The volunteer project costs are free with volunteers covering the cost of their food; costs of internships vary and include logging and 3 vegetarian meals. Current Sustainable Living & Natural Building internship is $1800 for 6 weeks, although Special arrangements can be made for participants from Argentina or other developing countries, or for those with financial need.
A 2 week minimum commitment with volunteer workload of 25-30 hours per week over 5 days, Volunteers over 18 years of age and have an knowledge of Spanish or English. Internships are 6 weeks, 5 hours a day with a 5 day break in the middle.
